Hey, I'm Ian!
I'm a 29 year old Canadian guy with big dreams. I'm having fun building financial freedom through real estate and business ventures.

I started an inflatable rental company at 16, have a bachelor degree from Brock in Business Administration and a degree in General Management from the European Business School in Germany, I've traveled over a dozen countries, worked at ING Bank in Frankfurt, can speak English really well, French well, and German... gut (pronounced goot). I also love ice cream.

How'd I get into real estate?

I started investing in real estate after graduating from university. As a matter of fact, I literally signed my first deal at my graduation ceremony.
I had no idea how things would turn out, but I had prepared and educated myself in advance.
